What you can expect: Working alongside the Group Financial Controlling team, the duties and responsibilities will include: Monitoring the expenses workflow and communicating with different stakeholders in the organization hierarchy. Analyzing costs and sales performance and deviations. Liaising with the accounting department to set management accounting standards (accruals/allocations). Monthly OPEX/CAPEX control review vs. budget. Ensuring monthly reporting to business units (P&L, CAPEX, order intake, backlog). Assisting in the scorecard content (commercial and financial KPIs) and supporting company processes and new system implementation (automating reports). Supporting monthly reporting to the parent company and preparing quarterly BOD documentation. Assisting the CFO with occasional tasks. What we expect from you: A degree in finance/business administration/economics. 2 years’ experience in financial departments (accounting/controlling). Advanced proficiency in SAP is a must. Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must, with knowledge of Power Query. B2 English level. Advanced proficiency in technological tools (e.g., Power BI) will be a plus.
