We’re looking for anERP Financial Solutions Ownerfor its global operations in Madrid. We are seeking a skilled and proactive candidate, who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a real impact from day one, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and other Financial and Planning tools.Working Experience
@ 7+ years hands-on experience in ERP implementation, maintenance, and operations.
@ Strong financial literacy and understanding of accounting workflows.
@ Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance in multinational environments.Not mandatory but preferred:
# Experience with Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
# Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
# Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in financial systems.
# Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing.
# Knowledge of data analytics or BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
# Exposure to startup scaling challenges (e.g. rapid hiring, international expansion).Soft skills
@ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
@ Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.Key Responsibilities
@ Lead and support implementation projects of Dynamics 365 Finance across multiple regions, in coordination with the PMO, including future potential deployments of additional Finance tools (e.g. Procurement, FP&A)
@ Ensure system performance, data integrity, and user adoption across departments.
@ Collaborate with finance, product, and tech teams to streamline processes and improve reporting.
@ Provide hands-on support, training, and documentation for internal users.
@ Translate business needs into functional ERP configurations and enhancements.
@ Monitor and optimize workflows, integrations, and automation within the Dynamics ecosystem.
@ Stay ahead of regulatory and compliance requirements in international operations.
@ Manage vendor/partner activities (Microsoft, other SaaS vendors and System Integrators).
@ Develop other Digitalization initiatives around automation and AI in collaboration with the Finance Team.Languages
@ Spanish: At least B2-C1.
