What You Will Do Build, manage, and scale NeuralTrust’s partner and reseller ecosystem Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners, VARs, and strategic resellers Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue Work closely with partners to support deal qualification, positioning, and closing Develop joint go-to-market plans with key partners Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term success and engagement Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and the founding team to refine the channel strategy Represent NeuralTrust in partner meetings, events, and industry forums You will not be “just another employee” — your ideas and execution will directly shape how NeuralTrust scales globally ⭐️ About You Experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Alliances (2+ years) Proven track record working with resellers, distributors, or indirect sales models Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Experience in cybersecurity is a strong plus (but not a requirement) Interest or background in AI, AI agents, or enterprise SaaS is highly valued Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented Based in Barcelona Professional proficiency in English language ✨ Benefits High-growth, multicultural, and friendly startup environment Hybrid setup Work directly with the founding team Real ownership and impact from day one Fast learning curve at the forefront of AI & Agent Security Strong growth opportunities
