The RoleAs the VP of Sales, EMEA, you will be a key part of the Go-To-Market team here at Everseen. You will lead and manage a team of Account Managers who are geographically dispersed to secure new logos and upsell across current customers. You will be customer first and understand and deliver the consultative service that our customers expect. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a scaling, global, tech focused organization as a key member of the Go-To-Market team.
What You'll DoStrategy and Execution: Own the EMEA revenue number (ARR) and develop and execute a GTM strategy in collaboration with CRO to address key euro markets.
Drive growth - lead from the front in working with the team to win new logos in target markets - coaching the team to have successful pursuits
Enterprise Navigation: Be the executive leader for major enterprise deals and work closely with the team to drive and close multi year, high value sales.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, mentor and drive a team of highly motivated Account Managers located across the EMEA region.
Operations and Process Optimisation: Work with the team to understand current processes. Lead operational changes with a focus on efficiency, clarity and data driven decision making. Work closely with the Sales Operations manager to ensure operational rigour through the use of Salesforce and other tools.
Crossfunctional collaboration: Work across Everseen more broadly to understand and advocate for the needs of the customer and the go to market team.

Profile And SkillsIdeally you will have 10+ years experience in a B2B Enterprise SaaS sales environment
You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets of up to €20million.
You are a retail expert and understand the loss prevention and shrinkage problems that our customers face.
You are data driven and enjoy working with large amounts of data, translating it into clear insights and driving revenue attainment through a structured framework.
You understand how to navigate working with and managing teams in multiple different countries across the EMEA region (e.g. Germany, UK, Spain)
You move quickly, using data to make decisions. You enjoy a fast paced environment and are no stranger to the ambiguity a scaling organization brings.
