We are looking for a full‑time Technical Office Engineer for our construction project in Figueruelas with the following qualifications to join our dynamic team in Zaragoza.
Skills and Experience
Engineering or a related technical field (BSc/MSc)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in international construction projects; experience in industrial projects is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6
Experience in managing drawings and documentation, including review and updates
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, self‑disciplined, and well‑organized
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Holding a valid work permit in Spain
Job Description
Execute cost control and project budget management, preparing accurate measurements and managing monthly progress billings (certifications) to ensure financial compliance.
Develop and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure adherence to milestones and project deadlines.
Apply Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and Earned Value Analysis (EVA) methodologies to evaluate project performance and perform schedule forecasting.
Conduct forensic delay analysis to identify root causes and propose corrective measures to mitigate impacts on the global timeline.
Actively collaborate in bidding processes, preparing technical documentation for bids and contracts, and resolving technical queries during the tender phase.
Serve as a liaison between colleagues, suppliers, and clients, ensuring fluid communication and effective collaboration throughout all project phases.
Maintain rigorous and detailed organization of all assigned processes, demonstrating self‑discipline and an excellence‑oriented focus on detail.
