They design and scale our footprint, creating seamless, high-impact experiences where customers live and travel. By blending high-tech with in-person interactions, team members oversee innovative touchpoints that make Revolut feel just as powerful offline as it does online. /pp We#39;re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee operations of our first store in Barcelona. Let#39;s get in touch. /ppb What you#39;ll be doing /b /pulli Leading, managing, and developing the store team to achieve targets and service excellence /lili Overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high standards /lili Driving commercial performance through KPI monitoring, analysis, and action planning /lili Owning the store’s profit and loss, delivering against targets, and maintaining positive financial performance /lili Planning and executing in-store events, promotions, and customer activations /lili Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner /lili Managing stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation /lili Recruiting, training, and scheduling team members in line with business needs /lili Preparing reports and presenting performance updates to executive-level stakeholders /lili Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards /li /ulpb What you#39;ll need /b /pulli Experience in a retail management or senior supervisory role /lili Solid leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams /lili Excellent communication skills, including experience reporting to senior leadership /lili Impressive analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements /lili Commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering sales results /lili The ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence /lili Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities /lili Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends /lili To be based in Barcelona /lili Fluency in English and Catalan /li /ulpb Nice to have /b /pulli Experience in fast-paced retail environments, such as fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands /lili Familiarity with organising and delivering in-store events or activations. /lili Visual merchandising skills and an understanding of customer journey optimisation /lili Experience working with performance dashboards or retail analytics tools /li /ul pem Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
