About the role
The Physical Presence team brings Revolut beyond the app and into the real world. They design and scale our footprint, creating seamless, high-impact experiences where customers live and travel. By blending high-tech with in-person interactions, team members oversee innovative touchpoints that make Revolut feel just as powerful offline as it does online.
We're looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee operations of our first store in Barcelona. You'll oversee the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, while ensuring operational excellence.

What you'll be doing
Leading, managing, and developing the store team to achieve targets and service excellence
Overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high standards
Driving commercial performance through KPI monitoring, analysis, and action planning
Owning the store's profit and loss, delivering against targets, and maintaining positive financial performance
Planning and executing in-store events, promotions, and customer activations
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Managing stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation
Recruiting, training, and scheduling team members in line with business needs
Preparing reports and presenting performance updates to executive-level stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
What you'll need
Experience in a retail management or senior supervisory role
Solid leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
Excellent communication skills, including experience reporting to senior leadership
Impressive analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements
Commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering sales results
The ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
To be based in Barcelona
Fluency in English and Catalan
Nice to have
Experience in fast-paced retail environments, such as fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands
Familiarity with organising and delivering in-store events or activations.
Visual merchandising skills and an understanding of customer journey optimisation
Experience working with performance dashboards or retail analytics tools
