Employment will be through Olleco Bunge’s local legal entities. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 ul liSupport the delivery of a comprehensive Health, Safety, Environmental and ISCC service across the business, ensuring full compliance with all applicable legislation and standards. /li liEstablish, implement and maintain effective systems and processes that drive company performance in Health Safety, environmental compliance, ISCC requirements, and continuous improvement. /li liContribute to the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 quality standards. /li /ul h3Position in Organisation /h3 ul liThe position is expected to support local management and the wider SHEQ team in the development of SHEQ Standards. /li liReports to the SHEQ Director Business Improvement Director and is a team player, dedicated to supporting the success of the rest of the SHEQ Team. /li /ul h3Principle Accountabilities /h3 ul liEnsure that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner. /li /ul h3Key Tasks /h3 ul liSupport the development and execution of the Spain SHEQ strategy and chair the monthly SHEQ Board to drive performance and accountability. /li liProduce and analyse monthly SHEQ reports, identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement. /li liImplement, maintain and continuously improve SHEQ management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, ISCC requirements, legal obligations and group policies. /li liPlan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and readiness for third‑party certification and inspections. /li liLead accident and near‑miss investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions. /li liPromote safe working practices, challenge unsafe behaviours and ensure hazards and incidents are reported and addressed promptly. /li liDeliver SHEQ training across all levels, support Group initiatives and drive continuous improvement in safety culture and awareness. /li liLiaise with regulators, external auditors and internal stakeholders, and support effective SHEQ communication across the organisation. /li liLead and support safety improvement programmes and ensure effective operation of site SHE committees. /li /ul h3Behavioural Characteristics /h3 ul liOrganised and proactive. /li liPositive and results focused. /li liTakes personal ownership of own performance. /li liExcellent communication skills; ability to engage at all levels and challenge when necessary. /li liAble to work safely at all times. /li liTeam player, able to support the wider SHEQ Team in delivering Group wide initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent in English and Spanish. /li liTécnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. /li liProven background in giving practical HS advice, ideally within the waste and logistics industries. /li liAt least 5 years’ experience, preferably at a senior level. /li liEnvironmental systems knowledge. /li liFull valid driving licence. /li liGood computer skills particularly MS Word and Excel. /li liTrained and competent risk assessor. /li liKnowledge of all relevant legislative requirements (PRL Law, ISO standards, etc.). /li liExperience of behavioural safety training and implementation. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
