Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Health, Safety, Environmental and ISCC services across the business to ensure full legal and standards compliance. You will build and maintain effective SHEQ systems, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to ISO 9001 quality initiatives. You will support local management and the wider SHEQ team, shaping standards and performance. This position offers scope to influence safety culture and sustainability programs across Spain.Compensaciones / VentajasSupport the Spain SHEQ strategy and chair the monthly SHEQ Board to drive performance and accountabilityProduce and analyse monthly SHEQ reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesImplement and continually improve SHEQ management systems in line with ISO, ISCC, laws, and group policiesPlan and oversee internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of findings for certificationsLead accident and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actionsPromote safe working practices and promptly address hazards and incidentsDeliver SHEQ training across levels and support group initiatives to raise safety cultureLiaise with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to communicate SHEQ mattersLead and support safety improvement programs and run site SHE committeesResponsabilidadesFluent in English and SpanishTécnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales5+ years' experience, preferably at a senior levelEnvironmental systems knowledgeFull valid driving licenceStrong MS Word and Excel skillsTrained and competent risk assessorKnowledge of relevant legislation (PRL Law, ISO standards)Experience of Behavioural Safety training and implementation
