What we look for We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with outstanding software development talent, a strong focus on code quality, and a hands-on mindset. You should care about delivering robust solutions and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a strong CI/CD culture. Responsibilities On your first month: be fully integrated into the team, participate in planning, grooming and retrospectives, become familiar with Fever’s tech stack, CI/CD workflows, and production systems, and engage with Fever Originals experiences. After 3 months: design and implement solutions to complex problems, continue producing production-grade Python code capable of handling high traffic, measure outcomes, and participate in hackdays/hackathons with other teams. On the 6th month: own responsibilities across different system areas, contribute to the launch of new microservices, mentor teammates through code reviews and architecture design, and participate in team-building activities. About You Must have skills — strong knowledge of best practices, testing and design patterns; proficiency in businessEnglish; experience delivering code from development to production; experience with RESTfulAPIs; knowledge of relationaldatabases and SQL. Nice to have — Django/Flask; PostgreSQL; Redis; experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka or RabbitMQ); experience with agile methodologies; event-driven service communication; handling services with high request rates; AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
