Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Developer at Omega CRM, you will build and optimize complex Salesforce solutions that support our CX-focused initiatives. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate requirements into scalable designs, contribute to QA, and help maintain robust development procedures. The role emphasizes performance, reusability, and adherence to SDLC practices in an international environment. - Develop software per user requirements and design specifications
- Assist with quality assurance activities as needed
- Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures
- Review code for performance, reusability, and anomaliesResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Experience in developing complex Sales solutions on Salesforce
- Experience with Lightning components (desired)
- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery; SDLC importance (plus)
- Ability to work autonomously and take accountability
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel in an international environment
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory
