As a Salesforce Consultant at Omega CRM, you translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions and ensure alignment with project goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate Salesforce-based capabilities across multiple clouds, while upholding quality standards. You’ll drive performance, deliver functional documentation, and contribute to Omega’s knowledge community. This role offers a permanent contract, flexible work options, and professional development within a leader in CXM.

Responsabilidades
• English proficiency (full professional)
• u003c2 years of Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting experience
• Experience across Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Strong ability to act as a liaison between clients and technical teams
• Experience working under Agile SCRUM methodologies
