Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage and grow regional technology partner relationships, aligning alliance strategies with business goals. You’ll coordinate between the systems integration ecosystem and major vendors, driving collaboration across country teams and supporting go-to-market and pipeline initiatives. You will enable partners, ensure compliance, and report on alliance performance, all while shaping a high-growth practice in a global, fast-paced environment.

• Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and internal leadership
• Coordinate between Systems Integration and technology partners ecosystem
• Develop and execute regional alliance strategies aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate business development, joint GTM activities, and pipeline growth
• Assist country teams in identifying and progressing alliance-driven opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate opportunities
• Drive regional collaboration and share best practices across countries
• Support vendor enablement initiatives, training, and compliance with partner programs
• Prepare regional governance materials, dashboards, and updates for leadership and vendors
Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years experience in alliances, partner management, sales support, business development, or technology industry
• Strong understanding of Systems Integration environments and multi-country/global delivery models
• Exposure to major Technology Vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, PANW, Fortinet, Checkpoint, HPE, Juniper)
• Sales or business development experience is a strong advantage
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or systems integration is beneficial
