Project Manager – Logistics and Automation

Role Overview :
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in managing complex projects in logistics and automation. This role will serve as the main point of contact for the implementation of engineering and automation solutions in existing delivery stations and new greenfield sites.
Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning :
Review technical drawings on-site and identify potential conflicts with automated systems and equipment.
Manage project phases and approvals prior to the start of on-site work.
Project Execution :
Coordinate daily calls with suppliers and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of automated systems.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Manage materials and components for automation systems (signage, shelving, handling systems), including inventory and installation coordination.
Collaborate with IT teams to monitor network infrastructure and validate automation systems.
Support site acceptance testing, including automated equipment validation.
Project Closure :
Validate technical documentation related to automation systems and installations.
Ensure proper archiving of all project documentation in company systems.

Requirements :

Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
Proven experience managing projects with automation components.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to travel and be on-site up to 100% during implementation phases.
