We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager Engineer to join our Investments Team. The position is preferably based in Madrid, with the possibility of being located in Badajoz or León. Responsibilities Design, plan, and actively participate in the preparation and definition of industrial projects to execute the necessary interventions. Conduct market and supplier research to identify the best proposals aligned with the investment plan. Take part in negotiation processes to support decision-making while ensuring budget compliance. Coordinate internal and external project implementation across multiple areas to ensure successful execution. Requisitos Requirements: University degree in Engineering. Experience in the glass industry (preferred). Skills in technical drawing interpretation. Availability to travel (60%). Preferably experience in a multinational environment. Strong teamwork skills and ability to influence operational teams. High digital competency and a continuous improvement mindset. Fluent in English.
