In this, the tasks and requirements of operations mainly take care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. You’ll have the chance to advance your career while working alongside passionate colleagues who share a vision of making a lasting impact on the world. /p h3bYour role and key responsibilities /b /h3 ul liDaily production / process parameter monitoring and finding a root cause of failure solving issue /li liJointly responsible for sub process(e.g. Mixing, coating, Stacking, Cell baking, injection, etc) of the cell manufacturing with process experts /li liSupporting process verification concept for the sub process with technical evaluation of the input factors and output results /li liResponsible for evaluation of equipments capability and process parameter set up /li liResponsible for issuing the working instruction; parameter handbooks of sub process /li liExecution of Process verification and DoE /li liOrganizing training for machine/equipment operation /li liParticipation in Daily shop-floor management meeting /li liDaily and weekly Tear down analysis and weekly report Production data analysis for CpK improvement /li /ul h3bWhat you bring to the team /b /h3 ul li5 years experience in the sector /li liBattery Industry field previous experience is a plus /li /ul h3bWhat makes you stand out /b /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in related roles /li liPlease submit your CV in English /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science Engineering or a related field. /li liPossession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued, and we encourage individuals of all abilities to apply.
