Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Spain – a member of the global integrated service delivery centre network by EY.The opportunity As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you will act as a trusted HR advisor and consultant on HR-related matters for assigned service lines, working closely with business leaders and managers to support growth objectives and meet future talent needs. Your key responsibilities As our People Specialist based in Malaga, you will build a deep understanding of both business direction and HR/Talent priorities to ensure successful implementation of HR processes and initiatives. In this role, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience playing a crucial role in providing, analysing, and explaining key HR metrics to support people-related business decisions. Among your responsibilities, you will: Act as HR Business Partner for assigned sub-service functions, being the first point of contact. Manage internal client relationships to understand business goals, anticipate talent needs, and translate them into valuable outcomes. Ensure a positive experience for clients and employees in assigned areas, fostering a sense of belonging. Support talent management, performance management, organizational design, staffing, learning and development, rewards and recognition, implementing key HR programs and initiatives. Identify and escalate HR concerns and risks, resolve requests, issues, and inquiries. Maintain key metrics and measurements. Execute regular and ad-hoc analysis for people-related management reports (e.G., retention, diversity, HC). Participate in global and local projects involving process automation and continuous improvement. To qualify for the role, you must have Over 5 years of HR experience, preferably including HR Business Partner experience in an international and multicultural environment. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills (B2+ level English and C1 Spanish). Positive, can-do attitude with an agile approach to work. Ability to engage with stakeholders and business leaders, with openness to work in a matrix organization. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – able to handle conflict situations and assist in resolving issues Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a "global mindset." Ideally, you'll also have Graduate or undergraduate qualification in Psychology, Economics, or Human Resource discipline. Experience working in a consulting organization or a similar professional services environment. Experience working in a cross-border, virtual environment.
