A leading multinational FMCG company is seeking to hire a professional to take on key responsibilities in payroll and compensation management within the Human Resources team. The role involves close coordination with external providers, oversight of internal processes, and participation in strategic projects related to compensation policies. Key Responsibilities Monthly Payroll Management Supervision and control of payroll calculations in collaboration with the external payroll provider, including data submission and final validation. Management of procedures and filings with official bodies and authorities. Accounting entry and reconciliation of payroll transactions. Support in job evaluation and job analysis processes. Maintenance and continuous update of the job architecture / job mapping. Administration of compensation tools and monitoring of the Compensation Policy (salary increases, adjustments, PSRs, etc.). Definition, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs for the Compensation & Benefits area. Other Responsibilities Handling and resolution of employee legal and labor-related inquiries. Management and administration of corporate benefits programs. Supervision and control of contractual and administrative documentation. Requirements University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate education in labor or legal matters will be valued. Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, with strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. High level of English. Strong organizational and planning skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Teamwork and strong internal customer orientation. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
