You’ll work with experts who raise the bar Manage complex, high-impact cases with real visibility Be part of a collaborative team where your input matters And follow a clear, structured development path — with support and progression built in What you’ll do You’ll act as a key point of contact for international clients (French, Dutch, English and other global profiles), supporting them with payroll and labour management in Spain (Spanish payroll and Spanish labour regulations), including: Full payroll and labour cycle (variables, bonuses, expatriates/impatriates, international mobility) Social Security settlements (RNT/RLC) Drafting contracts, extensions, addenda, settlements and terminations Applying and interpreting collective bargaining agreements (multi-agreement environments) Advanced labour advisory with frequent communication in English Filing tax forms 111 and 190 Preparing documentation for inspections, audits and due diligence Labour management for foreign employees in Spain Providing technical support and mentoring junior team members What we’re looking for Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law, Law or similar Solid experience in consultancy/professional services or an in-house labour department Proficiency in A3NOM or similar payroll software Proven experience working with international clients while managing Spanish payroll and Spanish labour regulations (market Spain) High level of English (essential) A hands-on, autonomous and analytical profile with strong attention to detail What’s on offer Permanent contract and stability from day one Hybrid model : up to 3 remote days/week Flexible working hours Competitive salary: €35,000–€40,000 gross/year (depending on experience) Plus: 27 working days of annual leave International exposure and work with global clients Continuous training and genuine long-term development A supportive culture built on trust, collaboration and work-life balance A role where you can contribute, grow and be recognised If you’re interested, send me your CV or message me directly — I’ll be happy to share more details. xcskxlj Your next career step could start here.
