Experteer Overview In this MLRO u0026amp; AFC Lead role, you willhelp build and supervise Entain's AML/CFT framework for Spain, reporting to the Head of AFC - Southern Europe. You’ll influence the Ceuta AFC team, ensure risk-based controls, and coordinate audits and regulatory interactions. The role blends policy development, oversight of investigations and SARs, and collaboration with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Product and Operations. This is a pivotal, newly-created position shaping compliance in a regulated gaming environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and implement AML/CFT policies and procedures aligned with Spanish regulations
- Oversee day-to-day work of the AFC Analyst Team in Ceuta in collaboration with the international leadership
- Ensure adherence to risk-based controls and policies by the Ceuta team
- Act as Deputy of the Representative before SEPBLAC under delegated functions
- Identify and manage audit requirements; oversee internal/external audits and close findings
- Propose improvements to Spain-specific processes within the Ceuta AFC team
- Collaborate with the CDD operations team on EDD cases and provide guidance
- Support Internal Control Committee with documentation, reports and minutes
- Review escalated cases (Risk, AML alerts, law enforcement RFIs) and determine actions
- Provide AFC SME advice to the business, engaging with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Product
- Represent the company at conferences and with AML regulators in coordination with Head of AFC Southern Europe
- Generate MI reports on trends and issues for the Spanish businessResponsabilidades
- Experience as an MLRO in a regulated market (preferably Spain)
- AML subject matter expertise and best practices
- Experience designing and implementing AML/CFT frameworks including risk assessments and controls
- Experience designing and delivering AML/CFT training
- Knowledge of the Gaming industry (desirable)
- Experience dealing with SEPBLAC and other regulators
- Experience of reporting SARs
- Knowledge of AML tools and systems
- AML qualification (desirable)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Residence in Ceuta or willingness to relocateRequisitos principales
