You will design and develop machinery, robots, and automation systems for composite part manufacturing, aligning with plant strategy and cross‑functional teams. You’ll lead technical and R&T projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and product quality while driving digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role blends hands-on engineering with transnational collaboration across sites to optimize manufacturing cells.
