Role PurposePuede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.CBRE is seeking a Loan Analyst based in Madrid whose primary responsibility will be supporting the Asset Managers and Loan Administrator in all aspects of the servicing of allocated commercial real estate loans.Key ResponsibilitiesServicing assigned commercial real estate loans in the UK and continental Europe and monitoring their performance.Providing general customer service to lenders and borrowers and administration departments as per the financing documentation.Managing the set-up of new loans in loan servicing system and responsible for maintaining the currency and integrity of loan information.Managing loan document files and document imaging.Administration and bookkeeping of the transaction.Setting of interest periods and reference rates applicable for each period.Calculating amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance with loan documentation i.e., fees, interest, and principal amounts.Executing payment instructions on each payment date according to waterfall provided.Liaising with designated Borrower Account Bank to ensure all signing and account access arrangements (via electronic banking) asset out in the loan documentation are in place to allow movement of funds one each IPD.Maintaining KYC information for all bank account signatories.Providing assistance as required to Asset Managers in responding to borrower’s audit enquiries.Person Specification / RequirementsSolid experience in UK & European real estate finance sector.Debt due diligence and transaction management expertise.Execution and documentation experience.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational skills.Strong client facing and communication skills (interacting with both investors and borrowers).Presentation skill.Team mentality. xcskxlj CBRE está comprometido con la igualdad y no discriminación, por lo que, en coherencia, espera que, en el marco de las presentes relaciones, se respete tal compromiso y se evite cualquier conducta, expresión, referencia o decisión que pudiera lesionar la igualdad pretendida.#J-18808-Ljbffr
