Our goal is to contribute to a more sustainable world of real estate. /p pFor our Loan Management business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a /p h3Loan Manager / Credit Risk Manager (m/f/d) /h3 h3Your tasks /h3 ul liYou prepare simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective related to loan portfolios across our European target markets. You conduct in-depth cash flow analyses and ratings, ensuring every deal aligns with the bank’s credit risk strategy. /li liTogether with our Originators you act as a contact for our clients. You are managing relationships for both new business opportunities and our existing international portfolio. /li liYou take responsibility for CP, CS, ICP, and disbursement processes, as well as the structuring and monitoring of collateralization. /li liYou perform ongoing risk and portfolio monitoring to ensure long-term stability and maintain and ensure the quality of all relevant process data within our systems. /li liIn addition to your operational tasks, you contribute your expertise to strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. /li /ul h3How to convince us /h3 ul liCompleted university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist) /li liSeveral years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking /li liProject experience is an advantage /li liGood knowledge of the relevant real estate markets /li liIn-depth knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management /li liIn-depth knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP) /li liBusiness fluent English; additional skills in another European language are an advantage /li /ul h3Our values /h3 pWe live our values and expect the same attitude from our employees.
