They are currently looking for a highly motivated, creative and winning aspectInternational sales manager
Responsibilities
- Able to develop new business as per objectives.
- Earn the respect of the clients and other company employees.
- Develop and maintain client loyalty.
- Safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Compliance with the company rules and values.
Required skills
- Candidates with minimum of 3 years experience in DMC Sales Management or similar.
- Enthusiasm for Spain and Portugal as a MICE destination Commercial thinking with sales and consultancy flair.
- Excellent organization and advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to relate to clients.
- Good communication skills with excellent command of English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Knowledge of any other additional language will be valued, mainly German or French.
- In-depth knowledge of the different characteristics and cultural aspects of the destinations.
- Must be able to create solid relationships, generate high volumes of leads and maximize conversion.
- A highly motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency about achieving objectives.
- Self-motivated, however equally strong working within a team.
