We support clients throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle — from design and prototype development to production, assembly, type approval, and project certification — helping them manage risk and ensure compliance.Role PurposeAs an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing a strong, healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Target DeliveryAchieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business prioritiesDevelop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performanceDeliver agreed KPIs through a balanced mix of lead conversion, outbound activity, and pipeline managementLead Management & ConversionManage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional mannerConduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needsConvert opportunities in line with or above agreed conversion ratesPipeline DevelopmentProactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-upsEnsure sufficient value and progression at every stage of the pipelineIdentify gaps early and take corrective actionQuotation & Proposal ManagementPrepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and proposalsApply pricing strategies effectively to achieve target marginsDrive opportunities through to successful closureCRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM systemsRecord all client interactions, proposals, and follow-up actionsProvide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reportsCollaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Marketing, Service Delivery, and Sales teamsEnsure a smooth handover of new business contractsEscalate risks or issues promptly to protect the client experienceSkills & ExperienceEssentialProven track record in B2B or B2C salesConsistent achievement of sales targetsStrong experience in xcskxlj pipeline development and lead conversionExperience preparing quotations, bids, and proposalsSolid commercial awareness, including margin managementStrong communication and active listening skillsAbility to prioritise effectively and work independentlyProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and standard IT toolsDesirableExperience presenting proposals to senior stakeholdersKnowledge of the Inspection Services sectorOur ValuesWe are guided by five core values:Expertise – Applying deep knowledge while continuously improvingIntegrity – Doing the right thing, alwaysAmbition – Driving innovation and leading our industryVision – Helping shape a safer, more sustainable futureTogetherness – Achieving more through collaboration and inclusion
