Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the Global FP&A agenda, owning planning cycles and financial modeling to back the company’s 22-market strategy. You will translate performance data into actionable insights for the Leadership Team and lead cross-functional stakeholder discussions to steer investment and targets. Expect to own monthly reporting, challenge local teams, and scale best FP&A practices across the group through automation and process improvements. This is a fast-paced, high-growth function that rewards ownership and collaboration.

• Own the Global Business Plan and re-forecast processes.
• Translate performance metrics into actionable insights for Leadership Team.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for Directors/Heads of departments.
• Lead monthly reporting and controlling; challenge local teams to meet global targets.
• Identify and implement scalable FP&A best practices across markets.
• Overhaul processes and leverage automation to raise FP&A maturity.
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business or Economics (preferred)
• 5+ years in Finance, Consultancy or Strategic FP&A
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
• Expert-level Google Sheets/Excel; build complex financial models
• Strategic thinking with ability to explain the 'so what' to executives
• Diligence and ability to deliver high-quality work on time
• Strong English communication; experience working across time zones
• Tech-savviness with ERPs and FP&A software; Anaplan knowledge a plus
