You will serve as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor — retaining and expanding existing relationships, maximising their advertising investment, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth.RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and challenges, delivering tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full suite of ad solutions- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise strategies- Meet and consistently exceed revenue and retention KPIs- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment- Deliver excellent customer service — addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce — account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, platform updates, and shifting business prioritiesREQUIREMENTS- C2 level of Finnish and C1 level of English — written and spoken- At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role- Proven track record of retaining and growing an SMB client portfolio with strong consultative and influencing skills- Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies tailored to SMBs- BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression showing strong functional expertise- Prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a focus on issue resolution and client satisfaction xcskxlj - Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus- Ability to quickly understand new business models, platform updates, and client challengesWHAT WE OFFER- Full-time hybrid position (39h/week) based in Barcelona- Competitive salary + performance bonus- Referral programme — earn up to EUR 2,000 per successful referral- Specific sales training and continuous skill development- Clear career growth supported by dedicated coaches and a motivated team- Engaging workplace with regular contests and a dynamic business-casual culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
