Facilities Supervisor CBRE Location: Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain About The Role As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are complete. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of assets, providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities: establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Act as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers. Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment. Review data from work order reports and create performance and progress status reports to management, suggesting improvements. Design and oversee the cleaning and disinfecting schedule for the building. Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors. Track regular and ad‑hoc facility expenses. Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate solutions to meet team objectives. Establish new techniques to ensure the team achieves its objectives. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, guiding the team through basic practices and procedures. What You’ll Need – Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job‑related experience; prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function and basic knowledge of related functions. Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent organizational skills with a master‑level inquisitive mindset. Exceptional math skills, able to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
