What you'll do: Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote tools Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/software Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records Flexibility and mobility are key — a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as some travel may be required.
