We're hiringJoin our team as anExperienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support)based at our client's site. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solidnetworking and infrastructuresupport skills who can provide top-notchcustomer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliversmart hands supportfor on-site and remote issues. What you'll do: Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote tools Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/software Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records Flexibility and mobility are key — a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as some travel may be required.
