Role Description We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments, from rollout to live operations across international markets. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, software, supply chain, and external partners to ensure seamless deployments and a consistent customer experience across markets. Key responsibilities Own delivery of customer deployments: planning, installation, commissioning, and handover Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, software, manufacturing, and service partners Act as the primary customer interface for project delivery and operational topics Manage timelines, risks, and execution across multiple parallel projects Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and operational visibility Translate customer and field feedback into product and process improvements Contribute to scaling project management standards and processes within the Project Management Office Qualifications 3+ years experience in project management, operations, or technical delivery Strong coordination skills across teams and external partners Comfortable working with technical systems and field operations Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented Able to manage multiple projects in an international setup Thrive in a fast-paced environment Full proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus) Familiar with the use MS Office, PM tools, and AI What we offer Work on real-world infrastructure shaping the future of logistics High ownership and impact from day one Flexible hybrid, remote-friendly setup Fast-moving, collaborative team Option to work in one of our offices directly in France (Lille), or Spain (Madrid) We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to hire quickly once we find the right fit.
