We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2B
customers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager.
Responsibilities.
● Responsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc..
● Responsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements.
● Responsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences.
● Orders management, VAS and special requirements.
● Logistics, deliveries follow up, shipments, customs, etc..
● Credit Management, payments, bank reconciliation, etc..
Required.
● Degree in business administration or economics.
● Desirable residence location: Mallorca.
● Experience: Desirable to have 2-4 years of working experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position.
● Excellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment. Passionate to apply technology to the customer operations processes.
● Energetic and open mind to proactively identify and propose improvement initiatives.
● IT skills: Proficiency with Office software specially with Excel and knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
● Excellent communication skills: ability to transmit clear instructions, strategy, and direction both speaking and writing.
● Good level of Spanish and English. German or any other is a plus.
