At ING we are looking for a Customer Journey & Campaign Strategist Expert to join our Digital Sales Hub Team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end campaign strategy to accelerate product sales across the funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion). Ensure alignment between business objectives, messaging, channels, and activation timing.Design and optimize customer journeys focused on conversion, identifying key entry points, moments, and commercial levers. Improve existing journeys based on performance, friction points, and data‑driven insights.Analyze customer behaviours to define target audiences and priority cohorts. Build and evolve CDP audiences, ensuring correct activation across campaigns and journeys. Prioritize audiences with the highest sales impact.Orchestrate campaigns and journeys using marketing automation tools, defining business rules, triggers, frequency, and contact policy. Ensure effective multichannel execution (digital and assisted, where applicable).Analyze campaign and journey performance end‑to‑end—conversion, drop‑offs, efficiency—and identify actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
