Your role and work environment
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey & Campaign Strategist Expert to join our Digital Sales Hub Team of Growth.
Define and lead the end‑to‑end campaign strategy to accelerate product sales, maximizing conversion and commercial impact through customer journey design, data‑driven audience definition in CDP, and the advanced use of Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics.
Your key responsibilities
Sales‑driven campaign strategy – Define the campaign strategy to accelerate product sales across the funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion). Ensure alignment between business objectives, messaging, channels, and activation timing.
Customer journey design and optimization – Design end‑to‑end customer journeys focused on conversion, identifying key entry points, moments, and commercial levers. Optimize existing journeys based on performance, friction points, and data‑driven insights.
Audience definition and activation (CDP) – Analyse customer behaviours and needs to define target audiences and priority cohorts. Build and evolve CDP audiences, ensuring correct activation across campaigns and journeys. Apply a data‑driven approach to prioritise audiences with the highest sales impact.
Marketing Automation execution – Orchestrate campaigns and journeys using Marketing Automation tools (triggered, recurring, always‑on). Define business rules, triggers, frequency, and contact policy. Ensure effective multichannel execution (digital and assisted, where applicable).
Digital Analytics for optimization – Analyse campaign and journey performance end‑to‑end (conversion, drop‑offs, efficiency). Identify actionable insights and drive continuous improvement based on data. Measure real sales impact and support decision‑making with quantitative analysis.
Cross‑functional collaboration – Work closely with business, marketing, UX, data, and technical teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution. Translate business objectives into actionable, campaign‑driven solutions.
What are we looking for?
Education & experience – Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Proven experience in sales‑oriented marketing campaign strategy.
Strong background in customer journey design and lead‑to‑sales optimisation.
Hands‑on experience with CDP: audience definition, segmentation, and activation.
Advanced use of Marketing Automation tools.
Solid knowledge of Digital Analytics with a focus on funnel, journey, and campaign analysis.
Analytical, data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on commercial impact.
Knowledge of Campaign Tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CDP, and Digital Analytics Tools.
Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills.
Passionate about innovation, new market trends, and future thinking.
Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and show a can‑do attitude.
Problem‑solving mindset.
Good team player, willing to collaborate.
Very good oral and written English skills.
Ability to work at an international level.
