Leading international healthcare technology company, currently expanding its operations in Spain, is looking for a:Country Director – SpainMain Responsibilities:1) Business Strategy & Growth:• Define and execute the company's growth strategy in Spain.• Own commercial performance and country P&L.• Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.2) Team Leadership:• Build, lead, and develop the local team.• Manage hiring, performance, and talent development.• Foster a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture.• Ensure alignment between local execution and global objectives.3) Market Development & Stakeholder Management:• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.• Lead strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations.• Represent the company with customers, partners, and industry leaders.• Support the company's positioning and visibility in the Spanish market.4) Operational Excellence:• Ensure effective execution of local business plans.• Collaborate with global teams across Commercial, Product, Clinical, and Operations functions.• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity.• Drive continuous improvement and scalability of local operations.What we are looking for:• Significant experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors.• Strong understanding of the Spanish healthcare system.• Proven experience leading teams, business units, or country operations.• Strong commercial mindset and experience managing business performance.• Established network within the healthcare sector in Spain.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.• Fluent Spanish and English.What we offer:• Opportunity to lead and scale the Spanish business of a rapidly growing international company.• High-impact leadership role with significant autonomy and decision-making responsibility.• Collaborative and international environment.• Competitive compensation package and long-term growth opportunities.
