An ambitious, hands-on AI Delivery Lead ready to own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents at major banks and fintechs. This role is the bridge between Triples AI engine and the complex operational reality of our clients, ensuring every deployment delivers measurable business outcomes.

What you will do
Own the full delivery lifecycle of AI agent deployments at banking clients, from scoping and discovery through go-live and optimization
Serve as the trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders (Heads of Operations, Risk, Payments), translating their operational challenges into AI-driven solutions
Coordinate across engineering, product, and client teams to ensure deployments meet bank-grade reliability, compliance, and performance standards
Define and track success metrics (automation rate, resolution time, loss reduction) and iterate on agent configurations to maximize outcomes
Build reusable deployment playbooks, reference architectures, and best practices that accelerate future client onboardings
Surface client needs, edge cases, and scalability concerns to inform our product roadmap
What you need
4+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or client-facing implementation roles in fintech or financial services
Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, or dispute/chargeback workflows
Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments at banks and regulated institutions
Technical fluency: you can read code, discuss APIs, and work alongside engineers without needing hand-holding
Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
Ownership mindset: you manage projects end-to-end and do not wait for instructions
English fluency required. Additional European languages are a strong plus
