We value getting things done.What you will doOwn the full delivery lifecycle of AI agent deployments at banking clients, from scoping and discovery through go-live and optimizationServe as the trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders (Heads of Operations, Risk, Payments), translating their operational challenges into AI-driven solutionsCoordinate across engineering, product, and client teams to ensure deployments meet bank-grade reliability, compliance, and performance standardsDefine and track success metrics (automation rate, resolution time, loss reduction) and iterate on agent configurations to maximize outcomesBuild reusable deployment playbooks, reference architectures, and best practices that accelerate future client onboardingsSurface client needs, edge cases, and scalability concerns to inform our product roadmapWhat you need4+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or client-facing implementation roles in fintech or financial servicesStrong understanding of banking operations, payments, or dispute/chargeback workflowsComfort navigating complex stakeholder environments at banks and regulated institutionsTechnical fluency: you can read code, discuss APIs, and work alongside engineers without needing hand-holdingExceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiencesOwnership mindset: you manage projects end-to-end and do not wait for instructionsEnglish fluency required.
