Are you an experienced construction worker looking for a reliable, full-time job opportunity in northern Mallorca? A local construction company in Pollença is seeking two qualified candidates to fill the position of 2nd Class Mason. In this role, you will play an essential part in executing general masonry tasks across residential and commercial projects. The majority of your work will take place at job sites located in Port de Pollença, with occasional travel required to other project locations across the island. You will carry out your duties under the direct supervision of the 1st Class Mason or Site Manager, helping deliver solid, high-quality building work.
Executing basic masonry work, including building simple partition walls using bricks or concrete blocks and setting subframes.
Laying flooring, basic wall coverings, tiling, and paving on regular surfaces or shared common areas.
Assisting in the installation and assembly of roofs, roofing materials, and formwork structures.
Performing plastering, rendering, finishing touches, and fixing surface imperfections in mortar or plaster.
Maintaining, cleaning, and preparing manual trade tools and light equipment for daily site operations.
To qualify for this 2nd Class Mason role in Pollença, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 12 months of practical experience in basic masonry and construction tasks.
Possession of a Class A driving license.
Having your own means of transport to travel directly to assigned construction sites.
Ability to follow precise instructions from senior site staff and work well within a team context.
No specific formal academic qualifications are required for this role.
In return for your skills and dedication, you will receive clear and stable employment conditions:
Permanent full-time contract starting on July 1, 2026.
Gross annual salary of €23,092.85 according to the collective agreement, which includes extra pay installments.
Regular full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8:00 to 16:00.
Primary work location based in Port de Pollença, Mallorca.
