Are you looking for a stable construction job in Mallorca? An established local construction company is currently seeking two 2nd Class Masons to join their team. The positions are based in Palma, with active construction sites located primarily in the Inca area. If you have practical experience in masonry, wall construction, and mortar preparation, this opportunity offers you a secure, long-term career path on the island. In this role, you will work directly on active building projects, contributing to key structural tasks while supporting senior site professionals.
Building and erecting interior walls, exterior walls, and brick partitions.
Applying wall finishes, including rough rendering and smooth plaster coatings.
Preparing and mixing mortars, pastes, and bonding agents according to construction standards.
Assisting first-class masons with complex bricklaying, structural assembly, and daily site work.
Maintaining safety guidelines, keeping work areas clean, and organizing construction tools on site.
To be considered for this opening, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of documented practical experience in masonry or stonemasonry work.
No formal academic degree or specific educational level is required for this position.
A valid driving license is not mandatory, but holding one will be strongly valued during selection.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work collaboratively within a construction team environment in Mallorca.
What the employer offers:
Employment Type: Permanent contract providing long-term career stability.
Salary: Gross annual salary of €23,092.85 set by the official sector collective agreement, with extra payments included.
Schedule: Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30.
Flexibility: Opportunity to perform a continuous work schedule where applicable.
Location: Primary worksites located in the Inca area, with recruitment managed in Palma, Mallorca.
Expected start date is July 22, 2026.
