Serit está buscando un WMS Support Engineer para incorporación en un cliente importante.Key Requirements & Responsibilities Provide L2 support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)5 Years Experience Support core warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shippingPerform SQL-based data analysis for issue investigation, validation, and RCAMonitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integration failuresCoordinate with business users, IT teams, and external partners for resolutionSupport production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancementsMaintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articlesProvide support during business‑critical and peak warehouse operationsSkills & Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Strong WMS functional and technical knowledgeHands-on experience with SQL queriesWorking knowledge of EDI concepts and transactionsUnderstanding of warehouse and supply chain operationsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsDuración: IndefinidaUbicación: Teletrabajo (desde España)Inglés: nivel C1Salario: 55-60K b/a
