In this role you will deliver high-quality well control and drilling training based on internationally recognised standards, including IWCF and/or IADC. You will work closely with a team of industry professionals to support virtual training delivery for our well control courses, helping candidates achieve competence and certification.RequirementsMinimum 1 0+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas drilling industry (required).IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention certificate completed within the last 5 years (highly desirable).Previous accreditation as an IWCF Instructor (highly valuable).Significant experience as an instructor or trainer in well control, drilling, or related technical training(highly valuable)Strong ability to teach and assess technical knowledge to professional candidates.Fully fluent in English and ItalianFluent in any other languages "Spanish" "French" "Danish" "Norwegian" (highly valuable)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.About the CompanyMDS Academy, formerly Málaga Drilling School, is an internationally recognised training organisation specialising in drilling and well control education.
