Job Title: Senior Test Analyst / Test Engineer Location: Barcelona, Spain (On-site)Contract Length: 2 Years Languages: German (mandatory) + English Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst / Test Engineer to join a long-term project in Barcelona. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a manual functional testing service, working across both backend and frontend applications. Responsibilities Analyse and understand business and technical requirements Design detailed test cases and comprehensive test plans Execute manual tests and track results with accuracy Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the lifecycle Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery Demonstrate proactivity in identifying improvements and supporting decision-making Ensure best practices are followed across QA processes Requirements ~3–5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing ~ Strong background in manual functional testing (backend & frontend)~ Proven ability to design and execute test plans and cases ~ Hands-on experience in defect tracking and reporting ~ Strong communication and teamwork skills ~ Knowledge of Azure DevOps QA tools (desirable)~ Fluency in German (mandatory) and English What's on offer Long-term engagement until September 2027Opportunity to work on a key European business project Professional environment with strong collaboration and growth potential
