ppWe are looking for a Technical Training Support Engineer on a VIE contract for 12-24 months based at Agoncillo (Spain). The main missions are to support the development and rollout of our EMEA Technical Training Strategy. In this role, you will help build a standardised, consistent, modern, sustainable and scalable technical training framework across our plants, with a strong focus on standard skills matrices implementation, modernisation of training manuals, SOPS, using digitalisation methodologies, standard technical capability assessment and training process optimisation. This position sits at the crossroads of Production Engineering, Business HR, LD; and Operations, contributing directly to the technical performance and long term skills development of our manufacturing teams. /ph3Key Missions /h3ulliDevelop, update and deploy the EMEA Skills Matrices, ensuring clear competency levels from Entry to Expert Trainer. /liliSupport the design and standardisation of technical training pathways aligned with skills matrix progression. /liliCollaborate with plant teams to assess current skill levels, identify gaps, and propose targeted training interventions. /liliContribute to technical training materials and digital learning tools (SOPs, video modules, AR/AI solutions). /liliSupport Train the Trainer (T3) activities and ensure consistent evaluation practices. /liliAnalyse training KPIs and help prepare dashboards, reports, and leadership updates. /liliParticipate in knowledge transfer initiatives to capture, structure and sustain technical expertise. /li /ulh3Profile Qualifications /h3ulliEngineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Process Engineering (or similar). /liliStrong interest in technical capability development and hands on learning. /liliAbility to understand production, engineering and skills necessary to perform our plant operations. /liliStrong Project Management Skills. /liliComfortable analysing data and using KPIs to drive improvement. /liliStrong communication and collaboration skills. /liliHands-on approach and passionate by manufacturing processes and people. /liliPrevious experience in manufacturing or technical training is an advantage. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliOpportunity to contribute to a strategic EMEA wide transformation of technical training. /liliExposure to a multicultural, cross functional environment. /liliHands on involvement in building long term capability solutions. /liliDevelopment opportunities in Production, Engineering, or HR pathways. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
