Araner is an engineering company specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our office and support the company's operations.
Reception duties (handling calls, visitors, correspondence)
Office supply management
Office inventory control
Invoicing and billing
Other administrative and accounting tasks (expense management and reimbursement, payments, credit card settlements, etc.)
Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance
High level of English (oral and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Valid work permit in Spain
Desired Qualities
