ph3General Summary /h3 pThe MMA Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, delivering great member service along with Private Training and Supplement revenue. They address member concerns, employee relations issues, oversee scheduling and time‑keeping activities, communicate and enforce Company and Club policies, and attain revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements. The position requires 7‑day availability, including morning and night shifts. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liBonus based on performance /li liCompetitive salary /li liDental insurance /li liEmployee discounts /li liFlexible schedule /li liFree uniforms /li liHealth insurance /li liOpportunity for advancement /li liTraining development /li liTuition assistance /li liVision insurance /li liWellness resources /li /ul h3Essential Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liSell and conduct Private Training Small Group Training with members. /li liExecute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete staff sales through the turnover process. /li liService Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs to hand off to the coaching staff. /li liGenerate complimentary appointments via in‑person/digital prospecting to sell personal training programs. /li liEnsure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs. /li liArrive on time, prepared, and attentive for training appointments. /li liAssist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, workshops, and more. /li liAchieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements. /li liReview daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President, and staff to identify issues and clarify behavior needed to meet goals. /li liAdminister company policies related to the sales process. /li liIndependently schedule and manage client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery. /li liCoordinate directly with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or service visits according to their availability and needs. /li liMaintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations. /li liManage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination. /li liOversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments. /li liWork with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive, revenue and service goals are communicated, and the club stays on track to reach financial objectives. /li liSet monthly, weekly, and daily goals and objectives consistent with company standards. /li liConduct monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with coaches to review performance, operations, and provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward personal and club goals. /li liHandle member service matters such as providing tours, explaining services, signing up for training agreements, and pharmacies. /li liMediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating when appropriate. /li liPerform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas. /li liNotify Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs; conduct daily facility walk‑throughs. /li liSupervise coach sales activities, review agreements, and prepare daily paperwork. /li liEnsure compliance with operational procedures and perform follow‑up compliance checks on club systems and employee performance. /li /ul h3Organization Relationships /h3 pThe MMA PT Sales Admin reports directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager and enforces all policies and procedures with the Coaching Team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees. /p h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liIn‑depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, plus sales. /li liIn‑depth experience and thorough Mixed Martial Arts technical ability related to striking/grappling (MMA PT Sales Manager Only). /li liAbility to operate and adjust all fitness equipment. /li liKnowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. /li liStrong customer service focus, responding professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff. /li liClear understanding of oral and written instructions; communicates concisely. /li liStrong organizational skills, understanding basic record‑keeping practices, and prioritizing multiple tasks. /li liComputer proficiency with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. /li liCurrent CPR/AED certification. /li liHigh school diploma or GED. /li liFour‑year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred). /li liMinimum 2 years of related experience. /li liExperience in management/employee relations preferred. /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liRegularly required to stand while performing job duties. /li liDaily physical effort includes lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking. /li liMust be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 45+ lbs. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pCompensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. /p h3Job Description Notice /h3 pThis position description intends to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
