ROLE PURPOSE: As a Treasury Analyst , you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and financial data analysis. You’ll contribute to ensuring efficient liquidity management and be involved in cash flow forecasting and reporting, working closely with different teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES: Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs Prepare and review bank reconciliations Execute and control domestic and international payments (wires, SEPA, confirming, etc.) Communicate with banking partners and follow up on operational issues Record and maintain treasury transactions in ERP/treasury systems Support process improvements and system enhancements Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Accounts Payable teams Manage PSP platforms and perform reconciliations Maintain and improve cash flow forecasting models Support monthly closing and reporting activities KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS SKILLS: Strong attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills Good organizational abilities Proactive and hands-on attitude Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills KNOWLEDGE: Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros are a plus) Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.) English communication skills, both verbal and written (minimum B2) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Experience target: 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in Treasury Experience in fintech and e-commerce is a plus BENEFITS Private health and dental insurance Discounted gym membership Freedom to work from home two days a week Kitchen with free coffee and fruit each Monday, Wednesday and Friday and snacks Team building activities and work in an international and passionate environment Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of a company that values innovation and talent!
