How you can help us
You will lead the identification of inefficiencies, drive process optimization efforts, oversee digital transformation projects, design and implement strategic programs, monitor progress through KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovations.
Your main responsibilities
Analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Managing and guiding team members to collect insights from key stakeholders.
Leading the design and implementation of process optimization strategies.
Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and automation solutions to enhance operations.
Overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Gathering and analyzing data to assess the impact of transformation initiatives.
Preparing reports, presentations, and visual dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Bringing fresh perspectives and proposing creative, actionable solutions to complex challenges.
Skills and qualifications
Background:
ADE / Engineering / IT
Proficiency in Spanish and B2-C1 level of English
Competences:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess complex systems, identify high-impact opportunities, and align transformation efforts with business goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong capacity to interpret data, uncover root causes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams, manage priorities, and foster high-performance environments.
Project Management: Skilled in planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple initiatives within scope, time, and budget.
Technological Awareness: Familiarity with digital tools and automation technologies (e.g., RPA, low-code platforms), and enterprise systems such as SAP; knowledge of Python or similar tools is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Resourceful and creative in overcoming obstacles and managing ambiguity. Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence, align, and collaborate across diverse teams.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments and open to continuous learning.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and quality in planning, reporting, and execution.
