This role is task based and on contract basis. Responsibilities include improving the Call center scripts and creating the Audio based on the scripts. Scripts need to align with the generated Audio. /ppRole may also be to do Transcription /ppRole may also be do translation. /ppThe role may also involve developing linguistic guidelines and maintaining data quality throughout the annotation process. /ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliExperience in Call center with Catalan, Spanish and English. /liliExperience in transcription translation and annotation /liliStrong attention to detail, language accuracy, and quality control /liliPrevious work with AI/data annotation tools is advantageous /liliEffective communication skills and ability to meet deadlines /liliBachelor's degree /li /ul
