In this role, you will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end testing activities for business‑critical applications, with a strong focus on test strategy, automation, and CI/CD integration, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance.QualificationsMore than 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years focused on enterprise business applications (ITSM, ERP, CRM, etc.)Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead, ideally within regulated industries such as banking, finance, or insuranceStrong hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)Solid knowledge of test automation strategies and their integration into CI/CD pipelinesExtensive experience working with JIRA and Xray for test management and defect trackingFormal certification in Software Testing (e.G.
