Serás el motor del desarrollo del canal especialista y el alma de nuestros eventos.¿Qué harás para dejar huella?Gestionar y hacer crecer nuestra cartera de clientes mediante prospección B2B, negociación estratégica y gestión del ciclo de venta.Diseñar estrategias de "Sell out" que impulsen el éxito de nuestros socios "PARTNER".Realizar la planificación territorial, previsión de ventas (forecasting) y análisis de la cuota de mercado local para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.Organizar y liderar eventos de marca que generen un alto impacto en la zona.Defender con argumentos técnicos y de mercado el valor de Orbea frente a la competencia local.Trabajar en equipo con profesionales que comparten tu pasión por el sector.¿Qué necesitamos de ti?Pasión por el ciclismo y vocación de servicio.Titulación universitaria en ramas empresariales (ADE, Economía) o Marketing.3 años de experiencia acreditada en ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocio en el sector, con red de contactos activa en la zona y track record contrastado en objetivos de facturación.Visión analítica, pensamiento estratégico local y capacidad de negociación e influencia a largo plazo.Dominio avanzado de plataformas CRM para seguimiento de clientes y de Power BI o Excel avanzado para análisis territorial de datos.Disponibilidad total en horario comercial.Habilidad para la relación con clientes (se valorará nivel de inglés).¿Qué te ofrecemos?Unirte a un equipo dinámico en el corazón del ciclismo.Participar en proyectos estratégicos con impacto real.Desarrollo profesional en una empresa consolidada e innovadora.Ser parte de una marca que apuesta por el diseño y la innovación.¿Listo/a para pedalear con nuestro equipo hacia el éxito?¡Demuestra que eres la persona que Orbea busca en Andalucía!-----Do you live and breathe cycling with every pedal stroke?
