If you're passionate about innovation, challenges, and want to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter — we want to hear from you!**.## FUNCIONES Y TAREAS:* **Atención al cliente:*** Atención telefónica al cliente del mercado Iberia.* Resolución de consultas a través de plataforma interna, e-mail, etc.* Soporte remoto mediante las herramientas internas del departamento.* Asistencias técnicas a la instalación cuando el problema no pueda ser resuelto por otras vías.* **Gestión de estaciones técnicas:*** Valorar la asistencia de estaciones técnicas (postventa subcontratada).* Soporte telefónico y mediante herramientas de asistencia remota a estaciones técnicas.* Organización de envío y recogida de material para asistencias a estaciones técnicas.* **Formación:*** Conocimiento de los productos de la compañía y sistemas que controla.* Recibir la formación de producto, procesos y procedimientos.## FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA:* Ciclo formativo de grado superior de Electrónica/Electricidad o similar* Valorable: Grado en Ingeniería industrial o telecomunicaciones## FORMACIÓN ESPECÍFICA:* Valorable: Conocimientos de climatización* Valorable: Conocimientos en Domótica* Idioma del mercado correspondiente (nativo o bilingüe)* Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales de 2-3 días## EXPERIENCIA:* Deseable 1 año de experiencia previa en un puesto similar.If you share our values and love what we do, we want to meet you!
